Refunding Payments

If you decide to cancel the purchase and want to receive a refund of the advance payment made, you must fill out a return request form, in which you need to provide your order details. For refunds, please contact us via email: info@drakenbloedboom.com or the contact form.

Payment Refund Procedure

Depending on the payment method you used to pay for the order, the refund will be processed in one of the following ways:

• If you paid by card, we will refund your money directly to the card.
• If you made a payment via online banking, the money will be refunded to your bank account.
• If you made a payment via PayPal, we will refund your money directly to your PayPal account.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after receiving your request by email.
