Does the purchase not suit you or was the wrong item delivered to you? Follow the instructions to return it. You will need your email address that you provided when ordering, and your order number.
Follow the procedure below to return an item. Send a message to diego@drakenbloedboom.com and mention the name of the product you want to return and the reason for the return. We will then contact you to complete the return request, as well as the details and method of returning. After that, we will receive your completed request, confirm the return shipment, take the order to the transport company, and you will pay for the services of this company.
Carefully package the goods and include a copy of your order confirmation. Once we have received the item you are returning, we will refund you the amount paid, excluding shipping and return costs.
In some cases, you may be offered a solution to the problem instead of returning the product, if applicable. We are always on the side of our customers and try to resolve the situation as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Did you receive a damaged item? We are very sorry this has happened. We pack every order very carefully. Unfortunately, we cannot always rule out damage that occurs during transport. Follow the instructions and we will find a solution for this situation.
Immediately unpack the item upon receipt to check if it was damaged during transport.
If there is damage, contact the representative of the transport company. They must note this fact on the delivery note. Then send us a photo of the damage and the invoice.
